As product owner you create your team's project, connect its database and invite the team. You need the onboarding code from the platform administrator.
Each project has its own database, documents and dashboards. Only the people you invite will see it.
Datapedia reads the database through its SQL proxy: SELECT queries only, at most 15 rows, personal data anonymized. After connecting we read the database structure (tables, keys, relationships) for the AI and the diagram.
Each person gets a personal link. They create their account from it and see only this project.
